External pressure passing 316L stainless steel diaphragm and internally filled silicone oil to sensitive components, diffusion silicon sensor can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316L stainless steel.

      JC-CZ03 diffusion silicon sensor is a silicon piezoresistive sensor based on MEMS technology and it is a high-stability, high-precision pressure measurement core packaged in the pressure chips. External pressure passing 316L stainless steel diaphragm and internally filled silicone oil to sensitive components, diffusion silicon sensor can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316L stainless steel. Each diffusion silicon sensor is done with zero and full-scale temperature compensation, to ensure the accuracy of measurement in complex environments. The series provide 0-40Kpa … 7MPa, 0-10Mpa … 70Mpa and other low pressure range. The series can be done with film structure.
